Terms and Conditions
The terms governing your use of the AIMRRA Job Board.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIMRRA Job Board (the "Service"), operated by AIMRRA Technologies and Innovations ("AIMRRA," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing this site, searching or filtering job postings, or submitting an application through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the applicable jurisdiction for the role they are applying to. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Nature of the Service
The AIMRRA Job Board is a listing of open positions with AIMRRA Technologies and Innovations, including both in-house roles and independent 1099 contractor opportunities. Posting a job on this board does not guarantee an interview, offer, or engagement. AIMRRA reserves the right to modify, remove, or fill any posted position at any time without notice.
4. Applications and Accuracy of Information
When you submit an application through the Service, you agree that:
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will promptly update us if any information you submitted materially changes
• You are submitting the application on your own behalf and are authorized to provide any information included
AIMRRA reserves the right to verify any information submitted and to decline or withdraw consideration of an application at any time, for any lawful reason.
5. Independent Contractor Positions
Many positions listed on this board are independent contractor (1099) roles, not employee (W-2) positions. Where a posting indicates a contractor role, no employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by browsing the listing or submitting an application. Any contractor engagement is subject to a separate written agreement between AIMRRA and the contractor, which will govern the specific terms of that engagement, including compensation, scope of work, and responsibility for applicable taxes and insurance.
6. No Guarantee of Employment or Engagement
Nothing on this Service constitutes an offer or guarantee of employment, contract engagement, or any specific compensation. All hiring and engagement decisions are made at AIMRRA's sole discretion. Posted pay ranges, hours, and work arrangements are estimates and may be adjusted based on the final agreement between AIMRRA and the selected candidate.
7. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in an application
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract job postings or data from the site without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or related accounts
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, job descriptions, and design elements — is the property of AIMRRA Technologies and Innovations or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to complete a job application.
9. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, such as certification providers or partner tools. These links are provided for convenience only. AIMRRA does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AIMRRA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT JOB LISTINGS WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE OR ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMRRA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, INCOME, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIMRRA Technologies and Innovations, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any information you submit through the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
