AIMRRA JOB BOARD
Privacy Policy
How AIMRRA Job Board collects, uses, and protects your information.
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
1. Introduction
AIMRRA Technologies and Innovations ("AIMRRA," "we," "us," or "our") operates the AIMRRA Job Board, where we list open positions and accept applications from prospective contractors and employees (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and applicants, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By browsing this site or submitting an application through it, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
• Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, resume/CV, work history, location, and any other details you submit when applying to a posted role or contacting us.
• Information collected automatically — including IP address, browser type, device type, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and timestamps, gathered through standard log files and similar technologies when you visit the site.
• Information from filters and searches — such as keywords, location, and job-type filters you use to search postings, which help us understand what visitors are looking for.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Review and process applications for posted positions
• Communicate with applicants about opportunities, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain, secure, and improve the job board
• Analyze site traffic and usage trends to improve the browsing experience
• Comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations related to contractor engagements
4. Job Applications & Contractor Data
Many roles listed on this board are 1099 independent contractor positions. If you apply, we may collect additional information necessary to evaluate and, if applicable, engage you as a contractor, such as work authorization details, references, and tax-related information (e.g., a completed Form W-9). This information is used solely for recruiting, engagement, and legally required recordkeeping, and is not used for unrelated marketing purposes.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Like most websites, we may use cookies and similar technologies (such as log files) to recognize your browser, remember search filters, and analyze site traffic. These technologies do not, on their own, identify you personally. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect certain features of the site, such as saved search filters.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in limited circumstances:
• With internal hiring personnel at AIMRRA involved in reviewing and processing your application
• With service providers who help us operate the site or process applications (e.g., hosting or applicant-tracking tools), under confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, subpoena, or governmental request
• In connection with a business transfer, merger, or reorganization of AIMRRA
7. Data Retention
We retain application information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate you for current or future openings, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and to maintain accurate business records. You may request deletion of your information at any time, as described in Section 9.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements
• Withdraw consent or opt out of future communications
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.
10. Children's Privacy
This Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
11. Third-Party Links
Our job board may reference or link to third-party sites (for example, certification providers or partner tools). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
