Position Overview

We are seeking Affiliated Contractors to support and grow client relationships. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for professionals who excel in communication, client engagement, and delivering exceptional service. This is a client-facing, opportunity-identification role (not traditional sales—but you must be comfortable initiating conversations).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement
• Support onboarding and client implementation processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and outcomes
